100% agreed..
Moving to a new place involves a lot of planning.
They should not have accepted more applications than the targets at the earlier stage. Now our originals are blocked, our funds are blocked and till when GOD KNOWS..
These post 26 june caps on occupations should be in place earlier. They told us clearly a timeline of 6 to 12 months in the ministerial instructions of 28th Feb. For a new reader 6 to 12 months means from CIO to VISA and now they are telling something else.
Exactly. I think most applicants would be ok if CHC sent them an email saying "Unfortunately we can't process your application yet, but we expect to process and make a decision around October 2012".

Then at least applicants make plan accordingly.

It's the "Unfortunately we can't process your application yet and no idea when we might get round to looking at it. Bye" that annoys people so much!!!

                   I agree with you, if they let us know exactly the time, then all will be fine. We can wait. They just play with us like toys.
