i have applied under the federal skilled worker program in year 2010 pre june applicant

i got approval from CIO canada sydney

My documents shifted to london visa office

My employer is changed from private to government. I sent all the documents to visa office along with my experience certificate from current employer i.e. government department. I want to know that will visa office verify my experience by directly contacting the signing authority on experience letter or verify it from the department through some other means from higher authority.

I am asking this because i have prepared my experience letter from my immediate boss who have told me not to contact the higher authority regarding this experience as it will be damaging for my job prospects in current job.  My question is is simple as mentioned below

How do visa office verify experience in case of job in government department?

I think you should not be worried about it.
No matter how CIC approaches to your employer. If you are really working there then why to bother?
They will only inquire that such a such person is working there?on such a designation and at this salary etc etc??
If you mentioned everything right in that letter then why to worry?

Mr. Lucky Mystery i am worried because the higher authorities in my department are always concerned for a person who is leaving or has an intention to leave the department.
this category impacts your foreign tours your training within department, so my immediate boss advised me not to let the higher authorities know, that i had applied for immigration.

They will call the numbers you have given in the letter. If any office number other than your boss then there are chances that they will reach through office number. if you have mentioned only your boss cell number n boss office number then they will call there. but I have seen the spread sheet of last years applicants.only few of them received calls. so there are also chances that you case might be skipped. not every one receives verification call at office.

Buddy its nothing to worry about. For your understated particular reservations, You should advise the Visa Office accordingly in detail, it will have no negative impact on your application! they understand the concerns.

You may state the below reasons and forward them to the Visa Office. To make your experience look concrete, other proofs like salary slips, salary transfer statements and even formal photographs with co-workers / departmental heads taken during training sessions and events may also be provided.

Good Luck.
