Verification of diplomes - Quebec programm. Please Help !

Hello

Me and my husband have applied for Quebec immigration program.
On July 2011 we have passed interview in Paris , but unfortunately our original diplomas were taken for verification.
The officer told that we have gained enough points and once our diplomas will be approved for theirs authenticallity , we will receive
the certificate by post.
She also told that diplomas will be sent to Montreal and she does not have any clue how much time all the process of verification will take.

We are already 3 months after the interview and don't know what happens with our original documents.
Is anybody here with the same situation? What are general lead times?
What should we do now ? We even don't know what department in Montreal takes care about it and whom to write or call.

I believe, on the contrary, that your diplomas were sent to Montreal for evaluation purposes, i.e. to confirm that they conform to Quebec standards.. Now, that takes 4 months on average (or less).
