Verification - LOcal Language - Respected Qorax and Seniors Pls Help

Hi,
I am planning to submit my documents under FSW sheme. I am involved in the Forestry/ Logging sector and am applying in the same category. My Boss is a native Indian language speaker and is not very fluent in English. My doubt is when the verification call comes to my employer will this become a problem. What if my boss does not understand the seriousness of the call??. What if he is not able to communicate properly?
Can anyone please explain what kind of verfication check is done at the place of emplyment so that I can understand the procedure and take corrective measure

One, that call may not come. VOs have many ways to assess our b/ground.

Two, even if it comes - your employer's unability to communicate is a non-issue. If required, the VO would use an interpretor.

i think you better tell your boss of these issues and ask him to be prepared mentally if he receives such call.
