vancouver immigration

Is there any option to immigrate to Vancouver under PNP? i think, i have better prospect there to find a job.

For BC PNP program, you need to have a job offer.

PR=Permanent resident - TFW=temporary foreign worker
FSW=federal skilled worker - QSW=Quebec skilled worker
AEO=arranged employment offer - LMO=labour market opinion
CEC=Canadian experience class - PNP=provincial nominee program
