valuation of the property

can some body tell me valuation of the property u have to make from civil engineer or from prperty dealer is enough

it has to be done by a Govt. approved valuer and his contact no. has to be on his letterhead.

and yeah an architect also can make valueation if he got licensed by municipal office.

and for sure property dealers valueation is not at all acceptable dont go with this.
