validation of IELTS at CIO and CHC

I am sending my application to Sydeny next week on 28th september. and my IELTS in going to expire on 11th october 2009. i want to know that weather my IELTS in valid for immigration process or not. secondly when i will send my all documents to CHC islamabad do i need new IELTS or this IELTS will be acceptable which is going to expire on 11th October 2009 and must be expired at the time of CHC. would CIO accept this IELTS result or not, if they review my application after the IELTS expire date then what would be.

actually i have good IELTS band and i dont want to re-take IELTS. is there any chane my this IELTS can be used throughout the immigration process starting from CIO to CHC. i want to clarify that CIO and CHC use this IELTS for immigration Process.

my concern is that,  how the validity of IELTS is measuerd which is one year. does the expiry date is the date when you send your application to CIO or when you send your appllication to CHC.  For example if i send the same application package to CHC after approving from CIO without any change and attach all the document including IELTS which i had mentioned to CIO, will CHC accept it or may say it is expired. While at the time of sending application to CIO my IELTS was valid. 

Does the information is locked at the time of sedning application to CIO, if someoen dont want to change his information and want to continue the application with the same information.

Date the application is received at Sydney.  Ignore chouhans you don't include your IELTS with the application to Sydney.
