The new form forces the user to click the button 'Validate' which appears on the top & bottom page . If there are missing informations, a message pops up so you are warned of any error before printing the page - After all information is filled in , then a barcode page appears with a message that you need to sign it after the print is taken - on printing, you can see the barcode page & has to ensure that it is clear and not smudged.

HI SAnity, i have tried to do the filing of the form on line and reached until the bar codes but unfortunately, i do not have  printer (did not know it was to be printed right away) and had no choice but to leave the website. do you think their database will store those info? or is it okay for me to fill in another one when i have a printer right next to me?

Dear friend ! U can store on ur pc after validating generic form and afterwards with help of a usb or pendrive u can print out ur forms from a pc connected with printer.
