Well my friend has been studying in Canada for an year now and I've been in regular contact with him throughout my visa application process. He hasnt mentioned anything of this sort. I even asked him at the time of my medical so that I'm well prepared for that or when flying to canada (InshaALLAH).
He said the medical itself is simple and you shouldnt be worrying alot about it.

hey amee ,
as far as my knowledge is concerned , it is advisable to take vaccines of H1A and H1B bfor goin canada ...

my sis n brother in law stay over there , n they had to spend around $275 for these vaccines ..

so , if u wana save these money thn take vaccines and do make a valid certificate of it that u can show to them ..

hope it is helpful ..
