vacation to manila

hi everyone...,i finished my 24 mons as live in caregiver, and still my work permit is valid and have plans to visit my country, but before i go for vacation (in philippines) im gonna pass my application for permanent residency. would this be ok? or should i submit my application after i go back here (canada)? can i get a return visa in the philippines to be able to go back here in canada? thanks.....

Submit your application for PR before you go.  I suggest that you apply for a TRV at one of the Canadian offices in the US.  You can do this by mail and then you won't be worrying that you won't get one in Manila.
