Hey all
Bad luck for me. I think My return mail with passports was lost today.
My eCAS changes to decision made and I was happy to see it shows my track information online yesterday night. Keep tracking it until today delivered shown. Unfornatuely, I did not receive it. Do not know where or whom they delivered to. Moreover, it is so weird they also waives signature (Waiver of signature was exercised at time of delivery). Not sure how they decided to do so. When I sent mail to NY office, I can have signature as a proof. Now, nothing there.
Anyway, any suggestions are welcome.

I called USPS immediately and they refered to other some local USPS center to call. It is too late because it is closed at 5 pm. I surely will call them tomorrow.

1-800-222-1811 "Track & Confirm Customer Service." Call them.
BTW, I have had it happen before that it is scanned as " delivered" but not delivered until later that day or the following morning.

Dont worry you will get it tomorrow. But do visit your area USPS post office. They should have more details. If they dont wait for the postman tomorrow and speak with him. He might have dropped your mail in wrong mailbox

I picked up my passport with visa stamped.
It was not lost, I guess just for some reason,they did not deliver that day, they missed me the next day again. But I got a missed you note. So I picked up this morning and everything is fine.

Hi guys! PLEASE HELP ME! I was sent a very important documents yesterday via express USPS. And today I have been waiting it all day long at home. But only by 6 pm I got the note online: Status: Delivered. Waiver of signature was exercised at time of delivery. There were no calls and my box is empty. I called to the customer service, they didn't tell nothing except DELIVERED. If smbody had this Waiver of signature was exercised at time of delivery problem PLESE advice what it means, what to do and where to find?  ?? |
