The port of entry officers sometimes call the employers to verify if the employers are waiting for a foreign worker. But if you can find a new employer willing to apply for LMO in your name you can use the visa (on or before it expires) to enter Canada.

Yes, you have the TRV which is needed to enter Canada, and with a valid LMO and contract, you can obtain your WP upon entry under the name of the new employer.

How about the work permit i am holding, it say its only valid from the employer written on that, if i found new employer, is it means i need to apply new work permit for new employer even i have already visa??

if i will apply again on canada embassy for work permit, how long the processing of LMO and work permit?

Not familiar with OEC. You don't have to apply for a WP from the Phils. You can use the new LMO and contract to get your WP when you enter Canada.

Its my first time to work abroad and canada is to be my first job destination thats why i have lots of question...

If i am not applying new work permit here on new empoyer, Do i have no problem in entering canada?
IF i will apply work permit when i am already in canada, what are the requirement i need to submit and how long it process? Did i am allowed to work even my work permit is still on processing when i am already there?

You have to have the support of the employer named in your current LMO. Some POE officers will call the prospective employer and ask if they are execting any foreign worker. Sure you can look for another employer once here, somebody who'll apply for LMO in your name and then you can send your WP app to Vegreville.

Start looking for prospective employers. Google jobs in Canada (the job bank would be a good place to start).

once you find employer willing to obtain LMO. They need to advertise in a job bank for 2 weeks. Your employer will apply LMO in service canada. Wait for the results 4 - 6 weeks then you can apply work permit in alberta. You cannot start work until you get your new workpermit. Btw what job are you applying for?

what job did you apply in your initial work permit? For cargiver you need one yr experience or 6 months caregiver certificate. Find a job that relates to your initial wp.
Or you can enrol in a 6 months caregiver course while in canada...when is the expiration of ur wp?
