it is ok if i connect some paper like passaport around 6 papers with stapler but for applilcation for i will connect with paper clip also the transaltor connect the original paper with the one transalted  by stapler also it is ok or no thak u

If possible use a strong clip to hold everything together. There is no harm if few documents are stapled, which is necessary and should stand as a set.

but strong clip may cut the envelope during transefering from my country to canada

no i will send only the photocopy but coz i have old expired passport and new one and due to i work in saudi arabia for 10 years so i make photopy for pages of passport to show the stamp of exit and entry and also the number of old passport different than the new one and one old experience certificate carry the number of old passport so i make photocopy for it now i present in my homeland and i left for saudi what i do is correct
