So I'm wondering, since my parents are going to write a letter of support stating they will be responsible financially for us if we need it and we can stay at their house until we can be on our own after my husband gets his PR.  I have no income to show since i'm a stay at home mom in the US right now.  Anyway, should my parents include any additional info. besides them being mortgage free, doing financially well, last years taxes.  Should they include anything else I didn't mention?

That sounds fine to be going on with.  You may also start looking into the possibilities for your husband to be employed in his career field in the city you are looking to move to.  Obviously you might not have a job offer, but it never hurts to start looking, and networking.

Thanks.  My husband has already looked online to see what kind of programs he will need to know to get Information technology jobs in Toronto.  He is going to school now to get his degree and should be done in Aug.  He is taking some of his classes based on what requirements are needed for the jobs he is going to be applying for in TO.

You can also provide their T4 slips (I think it's the T4). It's basically the same as the tax return receipt but it just has more details about where they work and their income. But what you have already sounds good Smiley

My wife is sponsoring, she has a part time job and is a full time student. She lives with her parents, and they wrote a letter and signed it, saying that they know about our relationship etc, that when I landed in Canada I would be staying with them no problem etc, I think if they can do that would be great. I also had a job offer(letter) so even better.

Good luck!
