Hi,
I live and work in Detroit. I have landed in Windsor a few days ago and used AVR to return to USA. Now I want to go to Canada again for formalities like import my car, apply for SIN etc. Can I use AVR again?

Yes you can use AVR multiple time . I went from US to toronto through Rainbow bridge using AVR 2nd time to pick up my PR cards from my friends residence.
