How can we know if CIO has receive your application if we are using an agent and there is no communication from the agent?

You can send CIO an email / query on your behalf.......

CIO don't reply to emails or snail mail. You can confirm from your courier. Tracking number will do. If the parcel has reached the destination safely then no need to worry.
