My PR card is expiring in Nov. this year. I have not met the time period of 2 years stay in Canada as I have been working abroad. I visited canada every year after getting PR and stayed one month each with my daughter. Now I like to visit my daughter again who is living in Canada  and stay for a month. I am planning to return after a month.

Do I need a visit visa? Or can I use my PR card as a travel document??

If you are visiting before the expiration of your PR card then you should be able to do so. What is your plan after you leave Canada and your PR card is expired?
