use of representative

                         before getting medicals ie after getting the second aor can we cancel the use of representatives, if we do so it wont cause any problems or delay in our processing?

you can remove/appoint representative any time you want. No delay in your processing.

you have to fill-out this form : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5476e.pdf
select cancelling the appointment of representative and fill out mandatory fields of that form and send it.
