Hi,
I'm planning to sponsor and represent my spouse at the same time.
Di I sign the Use of a Representative form in Section B as the representative AND in Section D as the spouse/common-law partner?

Yes fill in section A B and D with the information that belongs in those section

A is Applicant info

B is for your info and check unpaid family or friend

D is signatures even though you are the spouse you can still be a representative
