I am a US & Canadian citizen currently living in US for the past 12 years. US laws do not allow immigration sponsorship for step children over 18 years of age.

I want to apply for Canadian PR for my wife and children who are 15 & 20 years old.

Anyone can help me with the procedure and what forms number to fill. I am confused. It seems like a5 to 20 forms. One has be genious to understand which forms go with which package.

Any help is appreciated....!

This is the application package you need to sponsor your family to Canada while you are still living in the States.  You need to provide proof that you plan to resettle in Canada when they get PR status - there's information about that in the application guides.  Also check out the US2Canada website - it should answer most of your preliminary questions.  And you can always come back here for more details.

Married Sept '06 after 4 yr LDR.  Applied via outland ap in March 2007 -  refused Jan '08 due to inadmissible adult "dependent child".  Appeal filed Jan '08; still waiting for resolution.
