USA Green card holder and PR

I am relatively new to this forum and I hope that some one could take time to answer some of my questions.

I am a PR in canada and I have a spouse in the USA who is a greencard holder.

-What is the best way to bring her to canada to work/
-If I sponsor her, will it affect her greencard status in the USA
-can one hold a greencard and a PR in canada at thesame time?

-can she lose her greencard status if i apply to sponsor her for PR

In order for your spouse to come to Canada, able to work and live here indefinitely, she needs to have permanent resident status.  You can sponsor her by filing this application.  By simply applying to sponsor her for permanent status in Canada, you do not adversely affect her greencard status - but once she's approved for PR status in Canada and she leaves the USA for Canada, she could potentially lose her greencard status.  It's my understanding that a greencard holder is required to live in the States for at least six months of each year to maintain that status.   

The residency requirements for maintaining permanent status in Canada are a bit more generous: a Canadian PR must reside in Canada for two years of each five year period.

In former years I knew some people who kept a US green card just by going to the US every 6 months but I think after 911 they are watching it more closely who is living there and who isn't.  Officially it's a year you can be out of the US with a US green card but if it's longer you have to be gone, you can apply for a re-entry permit.  If the US believes that the person has permanently moved to another country, they will cancel their green card though, even if they were gone less than a year or even if they had a re-entry permit.
