Hopefully someone can help one of my friends who sent all the docs to buffalo on 20th June from Portland.
His US visa ( L1B ) is expiring in January 2011 and he will go back to India. He has not even received 2nd AOR from Buffalo yet ( expected in Nov/Dec)  So what are the option available for him ?

Can he get his application transferred from Buffalo to New Delhi ?

it depends on the vis office.  they might reject/accept his req. but i tell you explain clearly and email them i did the same thing and they transferred my case to delhi from seattle. hope this helps u
