Hello all,

Brand new to this site.

I was wondering if anyone had gone throught the US to Canada process.  How long does it usually take from the time the application is filed until the visa is approved?

If anyone also had any experience with the rehab process, please let me know.

Thanks a lot.

1.  The processing times for Buffalo are here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/02a-skilled-fed.asp  but these are for applications already processed, so the time line will be longer.  If you have to apply for rehabilitation, you are probably looking at an additional year.

I am a Canadian Citizen and my husband is a US citizen. He applied in May 2006 and we JUST received a letter requesting his passport.
