U.S. Medical Exam Photos

Good evening,

Tomorrow is my medical exam and I am worried about the photographs.

Our DMP said to bring 4 passport photographs (we are in NJ). 

1) Do these really have to be U.S. passport size photos (2-inch by 2-inch) or is she just casually saying this without knowing the photo size specifications in Appendix B?

2) Do these pictures have to be the same exact pictures as the ones sent in for the application (specifications in Appendix B) and size?  Or can this be a different photograph from a different photo session?

I would hate for our application (spouse sponsoring spouse) to be rejected on this small specification.

The pictures have to be the specific size as outlined in the region specific forms...

the passport size are too big....there is a form that you take right to the photographer with the proper dimensions....

I gave 4 passport sized photos to my medical doctor and he accepted them.Are you sure the requirements aren't just for the ones you send along with your app?

thank you.  this is quite confusing even after doing a search for others that posted on the same issue.  it seems like the consensus is that the DMP can request US size passport photos (2-inch by 2-inch) and they do not need to be the same exact picture as the one submitted with the application (size specified in appendix B).  just hoping to hear from someone who did this and got approval!   i appreciate the responses!

the ones I submitted with my medical are the same ones going on my passport.lol. Hope that isn't an issue.

just an update...
at my medical exam today, i provided the picture that measures exactly how described in appendix B (USA) as the medical photographs.
i saw the woman attach the pictures to several forms (i needed to provide 4 pictures total) and they fit perfectly in the little square on the forms (even on the copy 1017 i received back once the exam was complete).
when i asked the clerk if they were the right size, she said yes.
just wanted to update this post as i was unsure up until i reached my appointment on what size pictures to hand over.
now ALL pictures submitted (medical and application) will have the same picture of me and the same dimensions as outlined in appendix B (USA). 
hopefully this helps someone!

a little to late to help me, lol. =/ hopefully it doesn't cause a problem.If mine weren't the right size they should of said something to me,you would think.
