Hello All
Citizenship: Indian
Current Status: Working in US on a H1B visa
Industry Domain : (IT) Financial Software Services
My Current Employer wants me to work for their Canada operations in Toronto.
1) Would this be seen as an Intra company Transfer ?
2) What kind of Work Permit/Visa, would I need ?
3) I would like to apply for a PR as soon as possible. I guess I can do that only after working in Canada fro 12 months. Is that correct ?
