Hello,

I have a question about US immigration ~ If I leave by Air or by Road, do I have to go through US immigration? I do now have a expired visa, so will they bother me that why I overstayed and why I am leaving? Or there is no Immigration for the people leaving US?

What is the procedure when you leave by land? Do you have to stop at US border with a one way rental car and explain you are immigrating or just keep on going towards Canadian Immigration?

Please reply with your experience or if you know.

Thanks in advance.
