sponsoring u.s citizen from canada??? HELP

another quicky question if my uncle or a cousin sponsor me to canada  permanently will i recive my PR card with in month or 2 ? *(just a reminder iam naturalized u.s citizen living in u.s)* so if any one of u have any ideas or tips please share with me and also how long will the process takes if a canadian citizen or PR holder invites me to canada permanently to live how long will it take and can he sponsor me even though im u.s citizen and how long it will take for me to get a PR card, plz reply thankzzzzzzzz

Your uncle or cousin can not sponsor you to Canada under the federal system, only if they live in a province that has a family class under their provincial nominee program.  There are other requirements too.  I am guessing it would take a minimum 6 months to get the PR visa.  Maybe closer to one year.  After getting the visa, you would have to come to Canada and "land" and you would get your PR card a month to 6 weeks later.  After getting a PR card, you have to live in Canada at least 730 days out of every 5 years to keep it.

Check into the provincial nominee program of the province where they live.  You can find all of them at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp

but as u said they have to be in a some province to meet the requirements lets say that they are able to sponsor me to come to canada permanently what are the documents they would have to show such as paystubs or bank statement tax documents if so whats is the criteria to sponsor i mean how much should one make per year to sponsor some one in u.s or overseas any idea?

Go to the link I gave you and click on the province they live in.  That will take you to the page of the provincial nominee program in that province.  Then you can see if that program has a family class or not.  If it has a family class, you can see the requirements on that page.
