I am a US citizen with a MA in Counseling Psychology and am engaged to a Canadian Citizen. We plan to get married and I would like to know what would be the best way to immigrate to Canada while I have student loans in the U.S.? Can I apply for dual citizenship and therefore move to Canda while paying off my U.S. Student loans?

No - you can't apply for Canadian citizenship right now. First you will have to apply to become a Canadian permanent resident (PR). Once you become a PR and live in Canada for three years (out of the previous four), you will then qualify to apply for Canadian citizenship.

Your US student loans won't be an issue.
