US B-1 Visa Refusal

 Dear Forum,

 Hi I am Vaibhav from India.
 I cant sleep these days, the reason is my US B-1 (Business Visa) got rejected due to lack of work experience. I am getting married with canadian girl this Aug and then she will file my Immigration papers under Family class Visa.

I want to know does US visa rejection effects my Canadian Immigration Visa.

I need to know bout Police certificates and Background checks also.
