 i have a work permit which is expired on june 17th 2011 and my grace period is also over. my employer has applied for my lmo and i am still waiting for that.can anybody suggest me what to do know.

1.  Well if you are working it is without authorization.  You no longer have status in Canada. You can't apply for restoration, so if you would have to apply for a work permit at an overseas office.

Going back to your country would be a good option
