Urgent!!Spouse on Open work permit - what Permit will spouse get on my extension

My work permit expires on 15th June. I am on a temporary work permit. My wife came here on a dependant visitor permit, which she later converted to an open work  permit.

I am now applying for an extension. I am confused what should I fill in the form for my wife. What kind of document should I request. "Extension of Temporary resident status as a visitor" or "An initial work permit or extension of work permit"

Will she get an open WP extension or will she first get a temporary visitor permit and then get it converted to an open WP. Please note that she is not working anywhere.

I need an urgent reponse.

You include her application for a OWP with your TWP extension. (extension of work permit.)

Thanks PMM. Which means I should select option C on the form for her. which says "An initial work permit or extension of WP"
