urgently please help

Hi all ,
   i applied in CHC in london  last month and they refused  my application , and following reasons they gave me .
1) Purpose of visit
2) Immigration status
3) family ties in Canada and  country of residence
 
Can anybody suggest me , is it too late to  apply again for january session and how can i defend these reasons in my applications.
