hii
my aunt have to attend the funeral of her mother so she needs visa urgently but her passport is valid only for four more months . the official website say they require a passport with atleast six months validity but she dont have time to renew her passport . she wants to go barely for 2-3 weeks .
so what shall we do now ?

Visa processing takes about 4 to 6 weeks (depending upon what region you are in). She can certainly try. Add a cover letter explaining why she needs to leave for Canada right away. She could get lucky and may be granted a visa.

chandigarh india she went right away to the embassy and showed the documents proving the emergency
