Urgent Visa extension for Student

Hi,

I am currently studuying in Canada. My Visa has expired already but my Permit permit is still valid until March. I need to go back to my country in emergency because my father is very sick. I cannot afford to submit a regular Visa extension and wait the regular waiting time which is about 2 weeks I think. My questions are: 
1) Does it exist a special treatment for Visa extension request for someone in my situation?
2) Can it be done in Montreal directly?
3) If I still leave Canada, do I absolutely need to request new Visa from my Country? No possibility to request from the airport at my arrival in Canada?
