I got the letter from CIO and now going to submit full application packet. I have some queries
1. In IDENTITY AND CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS section, they mention about family relation certificate. Is this certificate will submit by both me and my wife or me only? coz i have family relation certificate of my family ony. I am very confuse on this..so please clearify on this.
2. Regarding photo they said submit 6 photos of each family members either they will accompany you or not....In family relation certificate there is photozs of all my family members. Should send separately 6 photozs of my each family members or just send mine and my wife photozs. My other family members are not accompany me.

01. You should submit only your (Principal Applicant) family relationship cerficate. Even if your wife has any relationship that will not add any extra point as you (Principal Applicant)have already a relation. So point in this category applies for either you or your wife. So if your wife does not have any relation in Canada , there is no harm.
02. Only you and your spouse's photos should be submitted, as far as I am concern.
However wait till you receive more 'expert' opinion, in this regard.
