URGENT SENIORS HELP ME PLEASE....... ONLY 10 DAYS LEFT

hi friends,

All strange things are happening to me only. Note:medicals are expiring on 02-06-2011

1. got ppr request on march 3rd 2011. presently i am in India, so problem of sending PPs to london CHC
any how i solved the problem and submitted the pps on 7th april 2011.

2.VO sent me a mail on 24th april 2011 stating that he didn't got my PPs. any how after sending my friend in person to london CHC and me also sent an e-mail to VO explaining when i have sent and mode of sending aswell.

3.luckily they found my PPs got stamped and online changed to DM on 4th may 2011 and again sending a case specific inquiry on 11 may 2011 about my PP's and the address where they have sent the passports? since my friend written india address. and i think London CHC won't sent PP's to india through courier(since it is illegal).

but surprisingly i got a reply from London CHC on 17th may that they have sent PP's & documents to my india address on 6th may 2011 itself through "delivery on signature" service of royal mail. but till now i didn't got my passports. I dont know how to track them.

My question is as my file is closed since DM status. if i get my PP's after my medicals expiration is there any chance of requesting VO to reopen the file and send medicals again as it is not my fault and neither their fault its just delayed because of courier? i think my PPs got struck at some customs i think so i am not sure of that.    

Any sort of help or little information at peak time will help me a lot friends so please reply me. My 2 years of time and my dream to settle in canada will come to an end if i dont get my PPs in time.

As your passports were dispatched on 6th May, I hope it should reach you within a week. Mean while you have to make preaparation for travel anticipating the receipt of the passport. Good luck!!

                Just put another case specific enquiry and enquire whether they have send the passports thru registered post and ask for some tracking number to trace it.Best of Luck.

Hi brother, Inshallah Allah will help you and take you to your final destination soon Inshallah please make sure once you receive your passports get acknowledgment letter stating time of delivery date person name etc.etc. so In case if you receive after your medical expiration atleast you have that strong prove, and embassy they can give you month grace period without any hassels, May Allah help you and help me Ameen,

Hi friends,

By grace of Allah, at last my friend collected my passport today (26-05-2011) from london chc. I thank all members of the forum who prayed for me and supported me with their valuable knowledge when i need their help. And lastly I thank ***** (Uk branch now closed, where i started my processing then got my case transferred to Chandigarh(head office)) This is my personal opinion I am just a client of them. they supported me as well till the end, that is even today(26-june-2011) as well they helped me. I don't know about other people and i don't mean to hurt any one's feelings with this post. I am just thanking the people who helped me with my processing.
