Urgent - re-sign or notBackground declaration form to be sent to buffalo office

Hi All,

I have a query about photocopies of the updated application forms to be sent to CIC Buffalo visa office. The visa office specific checklist says "Background declaration form- Include updated,dated,signed by principal applicant and spouse"

The question I have is should principal applicant and spouse both resign the photocopied background declaration form  with latest date before sending to buffalo visa office ? or send it as it is ?

Please provide ur views as soon as possible.. Its a bit urgent for me ...Have to send package in  the next 2 hours....
