hello,

ok in the educational background cic asks to provide evidences of years completion..
for this..do we need to write a explanation stating i have completed these and these, this is for 10  years,this is for 2 years, this is for 3  years and this mba is for 2 years and total is 17 years.. etc..

and what about point system..
again do we need to write a letter saying.. i have got 72 points ... from these and these..

or is the certificates enough..

You just need to submit your University diploma (notarized copy), Professional Qualification certificates and original Transcript of Record. No need to make an explanation letter. (Check what they require in the document list)

and what about point system..

CIC will be the one to compute your points based on what supporting documents you will submit.

or is the certificates enough..

Just follow what the document checklist required and read the Instruction guide.
