Urgent question for PMM

Need your expertise here...

I'm working in US for a Canadian Company(Headquartered in Toronto), I's hired in US though. And if I work for this company for another 2-3 years, would this count as far as mainitaining PR status is concerned ??

Well, PMM is right about that, but there maybe a possibility if you will be transfered to canada branch and work there for maybe more than 2 years, you can apply for skilled professional category and give a reference to this job. that will be helpful alot in this case.
