Urgent query regarding visa extension

Hi there,

I am sending my mom's visa extension application,beside that I am filing a H & C application for her.the reason for extension is H &C.

There is a question in the form where we have to give the reason of extension; I am just wondering what to write in that section.Is there any
 
adverse effect, mentioning about h &C application.

and my 2nd query is should I apply online or by post, which way is better.

You can give many good reason, a lonely mother would love to spend more time with their children. VO can understand that. If you are financially well off and you can show in your documents then there should not be a problem for extension.
Apply online or post , they reply as first come, first serve.
