Urgent querry regarding Schedule 1 backgrount Declaration form

My last querry is regardig SCHEDULE 1 BACKGROUND/DECLARATION form SEC:9,which says,

"previously sought refugee status in Canada or applied for a canadian immigrant or permenant residents

 visa or visitor or temporary resident visa."

since I came for study in canada and I am from a visa country and they have asked about different

visas,thats why I just wrote "I applied for a temporary resident visa TRV(student visa)in july 2004 and I

was approved." thats all


now my question is my TRV expired in 2008 along with my study permit ,I got 1 year extension  in my


study permit,  I did not need to take a new TRV, since I did not travel out of canada for the last 3 yrs,

during this period I also got  an off campus work permit, and now finally I

 am on  a post Graduation work Permit with  I yr experience and ready to send my application under CEC


Should I need to mension about study permit and work permits and about my expired TRV in that section

 or it is ok

 that I have written
