Or do you use an agency,,,, please let me know your experiences.

Do you look the job  and get the employer to prticipate inthe PNP?
Or do you go through an agency?

You have to look at the requirements from the PNP you are applying to.  If you are going under family stream or H1B program, you don't need an employer and you can fill out your own application or pay somebody to do it.

If you are going under skilled worker, you need to have an employer and your employer needs to fill out some of your PNP applications too.
