Urgent PR questions, Please let me know

I  have question regarding to keep my PR. I got my PR card in July 2008 and left  the country for 3 years. Now I am Canada for 3 weeks and going back to Europe again. I have plan to move next year. My PR will expire 2013. Do you think when I will move  next year, should I reject to come in the country, because I did not fulfill the PR card requirements?
 Do you think, I will go to local immigration office and take special permission to live another country one year more? I have 3 resaons not to move right now:
1. My medical reason
2. My job and certification which take one more year
3. My children´s last school year


Please let me know the original answer, because if I move from my country and start in this  country from beganing and after one year they reject/depot me because I did not fulfil the PR requirements, will be big risk for me because I am single mom.
