 hello

I have 2 questions regarding the PR process.

1. My birth certificate middle name is spelled MICHAEL but on my passport and student permit my middle name is spelled MICHEAL, there's a difference, one is AEL and the other is EAL.... Will this be a problem when i apply for my PR?

2. Also when i recieve my open work permit, can i go home for 2 weeks and come back with my OPW?

Thanks

No 1 shouldn't be a problem. I recall the PR app asking for aliases (other names you are known by). List both spellings of your middle name for that question and note on which documents it is misspelled.

Can't help with no 2. Sorry
