Urgent - plz reply soon - Worried as status shows decision made

Hello guys,

I have just checked my status and it shows ---

"We received your application for permanent residence on January 20, 2011.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 17, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

Plz tell me what it means? I am too worried.

Did you recieve any email from CIO on 17th March.

what i think that this is a NER...because NOC 1122 was CAP reached quite earlier.

I'm very sorry to hear this. I'm afraid it might be a NER or a rejection. Ecas errors where quite common in the past, not so much now. You will have to wait and see. Consultants have been quite known lately to provide "fake" employment offers so FSW2 are getting very tough checks in their arranged employment verifications. Did you interview for the job (this is a common indication of a fake offer by a consultant)? If it is an unfair rejection you can always appeal.

Just wait and see...

If you have already received PER it might be an error--> contact CIO quickly

Yes you may. But, I think it depends on the reasons for rejections.In the events someone is caught commiting fraud of some sort I beleive you are banned for applying for a period of time (2 years ussually). Seniors please clarify if this is correct.
