I got my first AOR in August. I need to submit my full application ASAP.
When I applied to CIO I got approval without IELTS based on the document proof I submitted so I got first approval(AOR).

I have written 2 times IELTS (not proper preparation because of lot of work pressure and late nights work.)
I got 5.5 in the test.

NOC Code                 : 0213 (applied before the rules change).
Education                 : 25points (having Masters)
Langauge Ability        : IELTS (5.5 score) : 10 points
Experience     2 yrs    : 17
Age                         : 10 points
Arrange Employment   : 0
Adaptability             : 5 points (spouse has Masters)

Total score: 65

Query: If I submit IELTS, I may not get points and VO may reject the application.
Can I submit without IELTS result as like first application which I sent to CIO ?
what are the chances of success ? Will VO request for IELTS ? any one had the same issue ?

Send the full documents package on time with current IELTS copy whatever it is.

Prepare for IELTS again and take exam several times and send IELTS copy again when you score required points.

Please do the test again because the VO will not ask for a new test result again. Assessment shall be based on the one submitted and should it be low you shall surely be rejected. If you still have time before deadline take it again. Make sure you take time out to prepare if you really want to relocate.

Thanks for replies.

Since I dont have time I will send the full application now with existing IELTS score.

If I attend the exam again and send the result after a month will they accept ? since they mentioned they will accept the application one time.?

No IELTS is rejection

The chance you have is to book another IELTS and send the application to CHC and after you score 12 points in new IELTS send the updated results
