hai everybody iam a london 2007 applicant , done my medicals on 7/12/10 , I was advised to send the medical reports to london office . But my DMP had done a great mistake , she had sent it to case processing pilot , canada. I just want the feedback from the forum members to assist me further in solving this problem.

Dear ramuk,
Sometimes the DMPs have different information than what we have. Don't worry, if your DMP already sent your medical report to Canada, instead of sending it to London, they have the instructions to do so. it is the same thing. London office will receive the outcome of your result from Canada.
Once your medicals are over it is the responsibility of your DMP to find out where to send. Many people have faced same situation like you, and eventually they got through, they do not have any problem. Just keep the receipt of payment made to DMP.
So don't worry, cool down. everything will be ok.

Hey Ramuk; If you are in doubt, just send LOndon an e-mail asking if they have received your medicals, cause even though it's reviewed by medical department, they will let you know if it's been received.

Yeah is right DMP are trained people and are very knowlegeable in Canada immigration. They wouldn't make a mistake,a VO does not review the medicals ,even Quebec offices with their greatest autonomy ,they don't have the final say in who is admitted into Canada

hai everybody thanks for your reply , actually iam a gulf resident ( visa office london CHC ) , presently in vacation in india , i had done my medicals in chennai last week . Since my case is dealt with ottawa pilot processing , i got my medical papers from canada ,instructing to undergo medicals within a month and ask the DMP to send the reports to overseas health management ,canadian high commission ,london . I aslo clearly told the DMP to send the reports to london office......but still iam unfortunate the DMP( eventhough qualified ) had send the reports to canada ,which i noticed only when the DMP gave the tracking number (dhl ) .Moreover i tried my level best to redirect to london only ,but all efforts failed , it will be delivered in canada only ( probably tommorow )

Hi Ramuk Not much you can do ,the review will take place in ottawa. Just email London VO to inform them of this development, they surely know how to get to the right people in Ottawa. Stay positive, this is not a rejection ,it is just a case of a parcel being sent to the wrong person but in the same big family. After few days the parcel will get to the intended person. Good luck

Hi Ramuk, I agree with Ario. Dont worry to much it makes one old. Just try Arios suggestions. I think in the end it get to your VO too but it will only cost some delay in your application. Cheer up, a lot of the members here are on the beginning process, some in the middle and your at the MR. Think positive and everything will be ok. In shhala...
