Hi, Every body

I sent my passport to Seattle for TRV to re-entry to Canada, and now is urgent to pick it up, But I have no US visa to In Person pick up myself, would any one tell me can I ask my friend to get it for me? Is there any one had this experience before, please please advice me.

Yes, you can Write a letter to appoint your friend in US to pick up your passport with visa. Be sure to include personal info of yourself and your friend.
