URGENT , PCC From FBI, submitted in december

Hello,

I sent my hard copy of fingerprint to FBI, on the hard copy i mentioned my address, but i did not receive my fingerprint PCC,

when i called customer service, they are asking mail back address to tell my status, what does it mean,

i told my address they are telling they have different address on file. and they will tell status only if i tell correct mail back address, what does this mean

Hi

It's too soon for you to get the results from you fingerprints from FBI. I was waiting for mine more than four months or to be exact 18 weeks. Don't get discouraged if its taking too long and they will send the results to the address that you provided as return address. Just wait patiently, I know its hard but again they'll send them to the address thay you provided as return address.

As this seems to be the most recent topic for PCC, so I am asking some questions regarding that.
I am an Indian and currently working in Canada. In India I lived at more than 4-5 addresses as I worked in different cities.


1. Should I mention all the adddresses where I lived in India?
2. My permanent address given in the passport has been changed. That means the address that I have mentioned in the passport , my family doesnt live there now but I did not change this in my passport. Should I use the current address?
3. Does they verify by going to that addresses or how do they verify based on the address ?
