urgent - Need to update form already sent to CIO

Hi,

I noticed that I have made a mistake in schedule -1 background declaration. Item no.9 where they ask, if you or any of your family member, previously sought refugee status in Canada or applied for a Canadian Immigration or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary resident visa? I have marked it as No. I realised later, my husband had visited Canada on visit visa so it should be marked as YES.

Anyone can help me how to update this mistake with CIO. Is there any standard updation method or letter? I also noticed that they have charged my credit card for the processing fee but I did not receive any Notice from them yet.

Just send a mail to CIO about this....
I don't think there should be any problem...
